 "Payment on dlivery " service is available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. (If you need to deliery the goods, it will be charges delivery fee for each unit steamer)
 

-The range of the service includes Housing Estate, Oraganizations.

-No delivery service is available to Tung Chung, outlying islands and Overseas at this moment.

 

Payment on delivery - For Hong Kong order only cash will be accepted for payment on delivery. Please make sure you have exact amount of cash as NO CHANGE will be given by the delivery person. After we receive your order. Our customer service representative will call you to confirm the order details and delivery date. On the date of delivery, our delivery team will call you again to confirm the delivery time. The normal delivery lead time is 3 working days.

 

Note: Delivery service cannot be provided when Gale No. 8 is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning is in effect. The relevant order will be delivered after the relevant warning is removed.

Monday to Friday: 10 am to 5 pm

Our shop gladly accepts orders from outside Hong Kong. We use Hongkong Post as our delivery company. Please note that we DO NOT DELIVER to A.P.O. Box (USA), P.O. Boxes and hotels.Customer could check the real-time shipping rate in shopping cart .

 

Processing Time 

Order will be preceded by next business day and dispatched on the following day while payment is verified. However, since order processing cut-off time at 4p.m. daily for logistic arrangement purposed, and therefore payment verified beyond cut-off time will be proceeded by next business day afterwards. Please note that our business hour is from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8 / excluding public holidays).

Expedited Shipping : 5 - 7 Business Days

 

## Since some of European countries including, but not limit to, UK, France, Germany and Spain may take relatively long time for custom clearance or import inspections, and additional time is consumed  for some remote areas, the delivery time may therefore take up to 3-4 weeks.

# For Standard Shipping, no single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will also be notified all the tracking numbers by email.
